Indian investigators have identified Umar Un Nabi as the alleged driver of the car that exploded near the Red Fort in Delhi last Monday, killing 10 people and injuring 32 others. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) confirmed his identity forensically and labeled him a “suicide bomber.” Umar, a doctor from Indian-administered Kashmir, worked as an assistant professor in Faridabad, a Delhi suburb.
